A number of updates and other things

So after reading all of the feedback it seems that my goal was a little low. Now it’s just going to be ‘let’s see how many we can get!’.

I want to set a preliminary deadline of Saturday September 12, so one month from today and the release date of the single. This may change, and because the pictures will take some time to put together after the deadline, if you really need more time (like if you live somewhere where shipping takes forever) just notify me and we can work something out.

Something that was brought up is that it could be cool is if you were at AX and got any one of the t-shirts (official or otherwise), to wear it in your picture. There are other things you can put in if you want too. If you got something signed at AX maybe display that in the picture. Or if you have other goods from either importing or going to Japan, wear/put those in. Have a poster of your favorite member? Take the picture in front of it. If you have a group of friends or a cosplay group who want to take the picture all together, well, frankly I envy you for having irl friends who are into H!P, but that would be awesome as well. It seems like people want the pictures to be bigger so if you want to do something creative with yours, go for it! Just keep it tasteful and H!P related okay?

There have been a lot of suggestions about how to organize the pictures and send it to the girls, from making a different collage for each country, to making a website for the pictures, to making it into a power point. I’ve started entertaining the idea of making a physical scrapbook or a cd/dvd as people seem to like that, but I don’t know what the probability is that the girls would even see it. They are certainly possibilities though. We could try sending it multiple ways too. It really depends on how many pictures we get, so keep spreading the word and offering suggestions please.

As for the message to send, that kind of depends on how the photos are put together, but if each country wants to send their own if we do it by country that would be nice. Also, we may want to send a different message to each place we send it to so we don’t, as someone pointed out, get marked as spam (lol, I typed that as smap the first time). I think it would be good to send different, more personal messages to the girls and a more business like one to Tsunku/UFA if we can find a way to send it directly to each as well.

I will be checking regularly to answer questions and look for good suggestions, so if you are a member there, please keep an eye on it. I’m thinking that this blog can be used for major news updates and posts that would be tl;dr in that thread.
